May 21st 2013 Roxy has posted photos from the Dio Benefit show on her website. Maxine has written and recorded a tribute song to the Quatro sisters, called Lost Girls. The song can be
listened to on Facebook where Patti Quatro has posted it in a video with a montage of old photos.

April 6th 2013 Roxy, Maxine and Rachel May will be playing at a benefit show on May 18th at The Detroit Pub in Clinton Township, Michigan. This is a night of Dio music to benefit the Ronnie James Dio "Stand Up and Shout" cancer fund & the Mount Clemens Regional Healthcare Foundation for cancer related illness. Two new interviews with Maxine : March 26th 2013 Janet has another couple of shows with Scrap Metal coming up. These are on April 25th and 26th at the Potawatomi Casino in Milwaukee
(the week before JSRG's appearance at the M3 Rock Festival). Apart from Janet, the line up includes Mark Slaughter, the Nelson Bros. and Kelly Keagy.

February 11th 2013 JSRG are confirmed to play the Monsters Of Rock Cruise Pre-Party - this was actually mentioned in the original 'reunion' press release - which will be at Fort Lauderdale, FL on March 15th (before the cruise which runs from the 16th to the 20th). More info here. There is a listening party for Maxine Petrucci's new CD at 9 p.m. on Saturday, February 16th at Esplendido Mexican Cuisine in Shelby Township, Michigan. January 30th 2013 New interview with Roxy at Rock Radio NI. Maxine will not now be playing at the show with Doro, due to scheduling conflicts. However, there is a "Back To The Garden" CD Release party on March 2nd at the Diesel Concert Lounge, a new venue in Chesterfield, Michigan January 23rd 2013 JSRG will play the M3 Rock Festival on Saturday May 4th. This is at Merriweather Post Pavilion in Columbia, Maryland. January 13th 2013 Back to the Garden is now available to buy at cdbaby and Amazon. The video for Maxine's song Assassinate, taken from her new album, has been posted and can be seen on YouTube January 2nd 2013 The release date for Maxine's new CD, Back to the Garden, will be January 13th. Maxine plays guitar, bass and flute as well as singing,

December 9th 2012 JSRG have a live show confirmed for the Sunday night at Firefest in Nottingham, England. This is on 20th October 2013.

September 6th 2012 Footage has been posted of Roxy at the Cape Breton International Drum Festival in 2010. The montage on Youtube features her drumming to selections from Dog Bite, Metal In My Veins and Titania. There is also a performance of Edge of a Broken Heart. Maxine will be playing a show on Saturday, October 27th opening for Geoff Tate ('the voice of Queensryche'), at New York New York in Chesterfield, Michigan. She will be performing songs from her new CD "Back To The Garden", which may finally be about be released - it has been mixed and mastered, and should be being packaged round about now. Two decades have passed since they shared a stage together and they are ready to rev it up. Singer Janet Gardner, drummer Roxy Petrucci and bassist Share Ross, along with guitarist Gina Stile, who was the guitarist on VIXEN's "Tangerine" album, are gearing up to perform again for the first time in over 20 years. "It just feels right," says Janet Gardner. "It was simply time to do this. The fans kept asking and we respect that." Share Ross offers, "With hits like 'Edge Of A Broken Heart', 'Cryin'', 'How Much Love', 'Not a Minute Too Soon', 'Love is a Killer' and 'Rev It Up' emblazoned upon our souls, we knew it was time to resurrect our sound. We want to give the fans what they want." In 1988, "Edge Of A Broken Heart" climbed the Billboard chart to the Top Ten and VIXEN had hit after hit. EMI suddenly had the only platinum-selling all-female rock band of its time on their roster. Dubbed "MTV Darlings", the hits kept coming with "Cryin'", "How Much Love", "Love Is A Killer" and "Not a Minute Too Soon". The band earned credibility as they opened up for superstars, including OZZY OSBOURNE, DEEP PURPLE, SCORPIONS and BON JOVI, to name a few. A live performance on the "Arsenio Hall" television show sealed their credibility with the fact that these girls could play. VXN will reunite at a select number of festivals and showcase dates in 2013 to perform all of the VIXEN hits and classic favorites in celebration of 25 years of rock history. The VXN "Revved Up Reunion Concerts" will take place at the kick-off party as well as on board the Monsters Of Rock Cruise on March 16-20, 2013 sailing out of Fort Lauderdale, Florida bound for CoCoCay and Freeport, Bahamas.
May 5th 2012 New Roxy pic from 2012 photoshoot : An interview with Jan & Jenna was recently conducted by Planetmosh. A couple of new song titles are given - I Understand and World Keeps Turnin’ - and it seems as though the album is most likely to be released next year, with an accompanying tour, to mark the 25th anniversary of the release of Vixen's debut album. February 26th 2012 Janet has apparently performed another show with Scrap Metal of which I was unaware until now! It was at the Naval Academy’s homecoming pep rally on October 20th last year, on the campus grounds in Annapolis, MD. January 27th 2012 And there is now an official Vixen Facebook page, at http://www.facebook.com/pages/Vixen/266438203422093 January 24th 2012 Jan and Jenna were interviewed by Frankie Dee on The Real Radio Show recently and the interview is now available for download on their podcast. It starts at around 78 mins 30. In the interview, Jenna talks about the new album: they are in pre-production, probably going into the studio in spring, and looking to release it around the end of the year. Vixen have just started a Twitter account, at http://twitter.com/officialvixen December 29th 2011 Jenna was on The Today Show in America on Dec 28th, in connection with the "Sugar, Sugar" cookbook. Video of the appearance along with some recipes can be seen on their website. Maxine will be playing a gig on February 4th 2012 as support to Sebastian Bach, her former bandmate in Madam X! September 19th 2011 Another new interview with Roxy, this time at MoxiMusic ... page is now down, has been reposted at The Black Page. Share is working on music again with Bam, with their band The Lovestains. They have one song, Downtown, available to play on Reverbnation, and are going in a different direction, more in a rock / soul / blues vein. September 6th 2011 A new interview with Roxy has been posted at Eternal Terror, in their 'Blast Beast Series', talking all about drumming. August 18th 2011 Venü, an arts/culture/style magazine based in Fairfield, Connecticut, has done a feature on Janet in their July/August 2011 issue. Go to their website to read the story online; it can be found on page 56 and includes stories from Vixen's history as well as information on her current activities.

August 3rd 2011 Rock Express have posted an exclusive interview with Jenna covering the subject of her new cookbook, "Sugar, Sugar", as well as including questions about Vixen. As regards the latter, Jenna says they expect to be touring again next year and have been actively writing songs this whole time for the next album. A couple of tracks have been recorded so far, one being "a beautiful new ballad called 'I Understand' that is very melancholic but uplifting". July 10th 2011 In what is now turning out to be an annual occurrence, Janet is doing another show this summer with Scrap Metal. It is on August 5th, again at the Mohegan Sun Wolf Den, and other guests this time will include Joe Lynn Turner and John Corabi. For full details see here. February 16th 2011 'Bad Day', a straight ahead rock n' roll tune written and recorded by Gina Stile (guitar and bass), Roxy Petrucci (drums) and Deana Cook (vocals) can be listened to on YouTube. The song was engineered and mixed by Gina at Stile Studios in New York.
